As its first venture, Kolektif will build an Agrifood Entrepreneurship Center. This center will deliver major social impact by providing farmers and entrepreneurs access to goods and services that they need to build viable livelihoods and increase their income. Agriculture and fishing have tremendous potential in the region but the lack of access to financing and equipment; storage and processing facilities; and to larger markets constrain the ability of farmers and fishermen to produce and earn adequate income. The Agrifood Entrepreneurship Center is designed to address these challenges and enable people to realize more value from their products.
